Guess Clinic
A premium aesthetic website built around natural results, and a clear path to treatment.

About the case study
Guess Clinic already had what many websites are trying to manufacture: reputation. The challenge was making sure that reputation survived the transition online.
A patient considering cosmetic surgery or aesthetic treatment is making a highly personal decision. Credentials matter. Results matter. But so do judgment, philosophy, restraint, and the feeling that the physician understands when to intervene and when not to. We therefore treated the website as part of the trust-building process rather than simply a catalogue of procedures. The doctor, philosophy, treatments, clinic, team, and next steps all needed to reinforce the same impression.
What needed to change
Dr. Guessous needed to sit at the center of the experience rather than behind the treatment list. His philosophy of natural results needed to be visible without becoming a slogan. A substantial range of surgical, medical, and laser treatments needed enough structure to be useful without making the clinic feel transactional. And English, French, and Arabic patients needed to encounter the same clinic, not three disconnected versions of it.
The work
Made the doctor the proof
The site's authority begins with Dr. Guessous. His experience, philosophy, and relationship to the clinic establish the context in which the treatments are understood. Patients meet the specialist before they are asked to choose a procedure.
Used restraint as a trust signal
Aesthetic medicine can easily become louder than the decision deserves. We took the opposite approach: fewer claims, considered pacing, deliberate imagery, and enough information for patients to form an impression without being pushed toward an appointment.
Organized treatments without commoditizing them
Surgery, aesthetic medicine, and laser treatments provide meaningful starting points, while individual procedures remain easy to explore. The hierarchy helps people find what they are considering without presenting care as a menu of interchangeable products.
Made action available without making it the experience
Booking, WhatsApp, clinic information, languages, and treatment details are easy to reach when they are needed. They support the patient's decision rather than dominating it.
The result
The finished website feels recognizably connected to the reputation Guess Clinic has built offline. Dr. Guessous' philosophy has a visible role. The breadth of treatment is understandable. The patient can explore without pressure. And the visual experience reinforces the same qualities the clinic wants associated with its care: judgment, precision, restraint, and attention.
The website does not ask design to create trust. It gives the real reasons for trusting the clinic a better way to come through.
Client perspective
“AEVID understood that our website needed to do more than present our services. It needed to reflect the level of care patients experience at Guess Clinic.”
Dr. Mohamed Guessous, Guess Clinic
What this project shows
A strong reputation does not automatically transfer to a screen. For businesses built around an individual expert, every part of the website has to support what people already value about that person.
The goal is not to invent credibility online. It is to make existing credibility visible.

Design and search, one engagement
A studio that treats the website and how it gets found as one piece of work.
Most sites are designed first and optimised afterwards. We settle architecture, messaging, and search together, so the design is built against a structure instead of being corrected to fit one.
Templates, content models, and taxonomy are planned for the services, people, and locations a business has not added yet so growth does not mean another rebuild.
Restraint is a working method here. Fewer claims, clearer hierarchy, and nothing on the page that cannot be justified.
