Different businesses. Different problems. The same standard: understand what the website needs to do, build around that, and show the result.

Winning the work the big firms never see.

A legal website built around the work the firm is known for.

A clinic website designed to feel as considered as the care

needed

Different businesses.

A familiar

problem.

Each of these businesses had expertise worth finding. The website needed to make that expertise easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier to act on. The solution looked different each time because the business was different.

how it went

What we changed, step by step

We started with their clients

Before changing the website, we looked at who the business needed to reach, what those people were looking for, what they compared, and what gave them confidence to choose.

02
05

We found what was missing

The businesses were strong, but the websites were not showing the full picture. Important services were difficult to find or had no clear place at all.

03

We decided what needed to be clear

Which services needed their own page, what a prospective client needed to know, and what could be left out.

04

Then we designed around it

Every design decision had a job: make the business easy to understand, credible at first glance, and simple to act on.

Resulting in increased visibility

Search was part of the structure from the start, so the right services had a better chance of being found on Google and in AI search leading to more clients.

What we learned

A strong business can still be easy to overlook online.

Across all three projects, the quality of the business was not the problem. The gap was between what clients experienced in person and what they could see online. A competitor does not have to be better to win that first decision. They only have to be easier to find and easier to understand.

These were not turnaround projects. Each business was already established and had simply outgrown its website. Left alone, that gap has a quiet cost: the right client chooses someone else before you ever know they were considering you.
